I’m Paul Hunter, owner and operator of EchoGlen Farm here in Thames Centre. We run a family dairy farm that milks approximately 60 cows and have 250 acres of mixed grain and hay. I grew up on the same farm where I now get to watch my grandkids help do chores and enjoy the perks of farm life in our small community.
I want to help shape the future of our municipality for the next generations. Our sense of community is what makes Thames Centre a great place to live and raise families. I believe in balancing the small town feel of our community with moderate and strategic growth that keeps us, our towns and local programs relevant.
Thames Centre is of great importance to me, which is why in the past I have been involved as Chief of the volunteer fire department, a Lions Club member and, most recently, I have represented Ward 3, as Thames Centre Councillor. This term I have decided to run for the position of Deputy Mayor so I can continue serving this community and keep the best interests of its constituents a priority.
